Commands
Put one of these in the body of your message:

| SUBSCRIBE listname your name | Join a list (subscribe) |
| SIGNOFF listname | Leave a list (unsubscribe) |
| SIGNOFF * | Leave all lists |
| REVIEW listname | Get a list of all the subscribers to a list |
| INFO listname | Order documentation |
where "listname" is one of:
