ETD2009 Conference Summary
An illustrated edition of the ETD2009 Conference proceedings
"ETD2009: Bridging the Knowledge Divide," the 12th international symposium on electronic theses and dissertations, was held June 10-13 at the University of Pittsburgh. Conference organizers received over 200 researchers, librarians, graduate school administrators and information technology professionals from 23 nations who participated in the conference to share their knowledge about digital library collections, learn about latest trends and standards or to gain insight into how to establish ETD programs at their institutions. ETD2009 was organized by the Networked Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations and co-sponsored by the University of Pittsburgh and West Virginia University.
